Easy Strawberry Pizza

Sherry Ashe and Sandy Jones
Ingredients:
1 package prepared pie crust
Strawberry jell
Strawberries
1 8-oz-pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup sugar
Whipped topping, optional
Instructions:
Roll pie crust out to fit pizza pan. Prick with fork and bake according to package directions until light brown. Cool.
Combine cream cheese lemon juice and sugar, beat until well mixed. Spread over cooled pie crust.
Wash, core and slice berries. Arrange in single layer on pie/cream cheese.
Spread jell over strawberries.
Chill.
Cut slices with pizza cutter. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
