Easy Strawberry Pizza
Cool, refreshing, delicious dessert

Ingredients
- 1 package prepared pie crust
- Strawberry jell
- Strawberries
- 1 8-oz-pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar
- Whipped topping, optional

Directions
- Roll pie crust out to fit pizza pan. Prick with fork and bake according to package directions until light brown. Cool.
- Combine cream cheese lemon juice and sugar, beat until well mixed. Spread over cooled pie crust.
- Wash, core and slice berries. Arrange in single layer on pie/cream cheese.
- Spread jell over strawberries.
- Chill.
- Cut slices with pizza cutter. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
