Meat Marinade (London Broil)

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • ¼ c soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and marinate meat at least 2 hours or even overnight.
  2. Suggested meats to use: pork steak, round steak, London Broil, top sirloin, and spareribs.
  3. Our family favorite would be London Broil.
