Yellow Pound Cake (Bundt)

Ingredients

  • 1 package of yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour 10" Bundt pan
  3. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for two minutes. Pour into pan.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert and remove cake from pan, placing cake onto heat resistant serving plate. Cool completely.
  5. Mix confectionery sugar and water to a drizzle consistency. Drizzle over cake while cake is warm.
  6. Chocolate instant pudding with chocolate cake mix.
  7. Lemon instant pudding with lemon cake mix.
  8. Pistachio instant pudding with yellow cake mix. (Great for St. Patrick's Day.)
